The Best Spinach Artichoke Dip

This Spinach and Artichoke Dip is perfect for a get-together. Blending sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, spinach, parmesan cheese, and more into creamy perfection. This dip is best served with bread or tortilla chips for dipping.

How to Make

INGREDIENTS

10 OZ. PACK OF FROZEN SPINACH, THAWED AND SQUEEZED DRY

2-3 GARLIC CLOVES, FINELY MINCED (OR ½-¾ TSP POWDERED)

½-1 CAN ARTICHOKE HEARTS, DRAINED AND CHOPPED

1½ PLUS ½ CUP OF SHREDDED PARMESAN CHEESE

1 CUP SMITH’S SOUR CREAM

1 CUP MAYONNAISE

1 TBSP LEMON JUICE

¼ TSP CAYENNE PEPPER

DIRECTIONS

  1. IN A LARGE BOWL, COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT SPINACH AND THE ½ CUP OF PARMESAN CHEESE.
  2. MIX WELL.
  3. SHRED SPINACH INTO MIXTURE AND STIR TO COMBINE.
  4. SPRAY 2 QUART BAKING DISH WITH COOKING SPRAY.
  5. PLACE MIXTURE INTO DISH AND BAKE AT 375 DEGREES FOR 25 MINUTES.
  6. TOP WITH ½ CUP OF PARMESAN CHEESE AND BAKE FOR 5 MINUTES MORE OR UNTIL THE CHEESE IS MELTED.
  7. SERVE HOT. (REHEATS WELL IN MICROWAVE. JUST ADD A TAD OF WATER.)
