Savory Crudité DIp

Crudités are traditional French appetizers consisting of sliced or whole raw vegetables. The term literally means "raw things," and is just a fancy way to say veggie tray! Our Savory Crudité Dip is just the thing you need to go with colorful carrots, celery, cucumbers, peppers, broccoli, cauliflower and radishes. It's extremely simple to whip up this Savory Crudité Dip since it has only three ingredients. Mix together Smith's Sour Cream, mayo and Beau Monde seasoning. (If you're unfamiliar with Beau Monde, a French term that means "beautiful world," it's a blend of salt, onion powder and celery powder, though some versions include garlic, clove, bay leaf, nutmeg, allspice, mace and others.) These simple ingredients combine to make a very elegant Savory Crudité Dip ... one you will be proud to serve your guests or your family. You can make it as French fancy or family-friendly as you please!

How to Make



  1. Mix Smith's Sour Cream, Hellman's mayonnaise and Beau Monde together in a large bowl.
  2. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Serve with crackers and vegetables.
