Pecan Sour Cream Waffles

Waffles are the perfect breakfast food. They're crispy and fluffy at the same time, and they have built-in wells to hold all of that rich maple syrup and melted butter. You can be proper and use a knife and fork, or dive right in with your hands and make them portable. Our Pecan Sour Cream Waffles are perfect for a lazy weekend morning when you want to share a memorable meal with the ones you love. You'll find they aren't very difficult to make, either, for how impressive they are when you serve them. Simply sift the dry ingredients together, then add Smith's Sour Cream. Separate the eggs, then beat the yolks and mix into the Pecan Sour Cream Waffle batter. Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks and fold in, followed by the shortening and chopped pecans. Preheat your waffle iron, then bake up 8 beautiful, golden Pecan Sour Cream Waffles and make some delicious breakfast memories.
