Peanut Butter Cream Pie

Peanut butter is one of life's most simple pleasures. It was a staple in our packed lunches for school and on celery sticks with raisins for our mid-afternoon snacks. Even though we've grown up, we could never outgrow our love for this sweet and satisfying spread! To get that flavor of childhood in a more sophisticated way, try our Peanut Butter Cream Pie. It's light and fluffy with the taste of pure joy. Beat cream cheese until it's fluffy, then add the confectioner's sugar and peanut butter. Gradually add Smith's Milk, then fold in the whipped topping. Spoon this cloud-like Peanut Butter Cream Pie filling into a prepared graham cracker crust, then give it a decorative sprinkle of chopped peanuts on top. You'll have to dream about taking a bite because it needs to chill overnight. But when you finally get to slice up a giant piece of your Peanut Butter Cream Pie, you'll instantly feel like a kid again!
