How to Make

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can corn (drain off liquid)
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup Smith's Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients together and put in an 8" x 8" greased pan.
  2. Bake at 350 F for about 45 minutes or until the cornbread is golden brown and the center is completely set.
