INGREDIENTS

1 GALLON APPLE CIDER

¼ CUP HONEY

½ CUP SQUEEZED LEMON JUICE

3 CUPS SMITH'S ORANGE JUICE

4 2-INCH CINNAMON STICKS

1 TSP GROUND NUTMEG

1 TBSP WHOLE CLOVES

1 TBSP WHOLE ALLSPICE

GROUND CINNAMON

DIRECTIONS

  1. TIE THE CLOVES AND ALLSPICE IN A CHEESECLOTH BAG.
  2. COMBINE THE APPLE CIDER, HONEY, LEMON JUICE, ORANGE JUICE, AND NUTMEG IN A LARGE PAN AND BRING TO A BOIL.
  3. ADD THE CHEESECLOTH BAG AND CINNAMON STICKS.
  4. SIMMER ON LOW FOR 30-45 MINUTES.
  5. REMOVE THE CHEESECLOTH BAG AND CINNAMON STICKS AND DISCARD.
  6. SERVE WITH A SLICED ORANGE ON THE CUP AND A SPRINKLE OF GROUND CINNAMON ON TOP.
