Hot Chip Beef Dip

If you're looking for something memorable and incredibly satisfying for your next game night (or any night!), try our Hot Chipped Beef Dip. It's a warm, creamy and delicious version of a cheese ball that will keep everyone fueled up for all the fun that's ahead. All you have to do to make it is blend some cream cheese and Smith's Milk together, stir in Smith's Sour Cream, chopped dried beef, green pepper and onion then season it with just the right amount of pepper. Bake the Hot Chipped Beef Dip for about 15 minutes at 375 degrees to meld all the flavors together. If oven space is at a premium, or if everyone is too hungry to wait, you can also just pop it in the microwave for a few minutes until warm. Served with your favorite chips or crackers, Hot Chipped Beef Dip will undoubtedly win game night with every player!

How to Make

INGREDIENTS

  • 8-oz package cream cheese
  • 1 package dried beef (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp green pepper
  • 2 tbsp onion
  • 2 tsp Smith's milk
  • 1/2 cup Smith's sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend cream cheese and Smith's milk.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes at 375 F.
