Fruit and Nut Salad

Then try our delicious Fruit and Nut Salad! It's a refreshing side with an unexpected twist – and it couldn't be easier to make. In fact, you probably already have all the ingredients on hand. Apples and bananas provide this Fruit Salad with a nice burst of Vitamin C. The surprise comes when you toss in some peanuts for an extra pop of protein and crunch! Power up the dressing with peanut butter, mayonnaise, sugar and vanilla, then make it smooth and creamy with Smith's Half & Half or Smith's Milk. Whatever you have in the refrigerator is fine! A scoop of our Fruit and Nut Salad will bring smiles of delight all around the table and leave everyone asking for more! 

How to Make


  • 2 large red delicious apples, chopped
  • 1 large banana, sliced
  • 1 cup red or white seedless grapes
  • 1/3 cup golden raisins
  • 1/3 cup walnuts



  1. Mix dressing and pour over other ingredients and serve immediately.
