Dill-icious Dip

Dill-icious Dip is a creamy and flavorful addition to your fresh veggie tray, but it can also be so much more! Try using it as a quick and easy substitute for Tzatziki sauce! It is incredibly delicious with classic Greek dishes like falafel, gyros or kebabs, but it also adds pizazz to burgers, sandwiches and pita wraps. You might even try it mixed into mashed potatoes or as a baked potato topping. How about spreading it on your morning bagel instead of plain cream cheese? Dill-icious Dip is only limited by your imagination! All you need to do to make it is mix Smith's Sour Cream, cream cheese, green onion and dried dill weed together, then cover and chill it for up to 24 hours. If the consistency of your Dill-icious Dip is not where you like it, add a tablespoon or two of Smith's Milk, stir and enjoy!

How to Make

  • 8-oz cup Smith's sour cream
  • 8-oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped green onion
  • 2 tsp dried dill weed
  • 1 to 2 tbsp Smith's milk (optional)

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, Smith's sour cream, green onion and dill weed with mixer until mixture is fluffy.
  2. Cover and chill for up to 24 hours.
  3. If desired before serving, stir the Smith's milk into the dip to make desired consistency.
