How to Make

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 1-quart chicken broth
  • 1 cup chopped chicken or turkey
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 cup Smith's Heavy Cream

DIRECTIONS

  1. Sauté vegetables in butter till onion is tender, about 5 to 6 minutes.
  2. Add broth and bring to boil.
  3. Then reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Add chicken or turkey, return to boil.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup Smith’s Heavy Cream
