Creamy Chicken Soup
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 1-quart chicken broth
- 1 cup chopped chicken or turkey
- 1 cup Smith's Heavy Cream
- Sauté vegetables in butter till onion is tender, about 5 to 6 minutes.
- Add broth and bring to boil.
- Then reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add chicken or turkey, return to boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup Smith’s Heavy Cream
