How to Make

INGREDIENTS

  • 6-oz package raspberry gelatin
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1-1/2 cups boiling water
  • 16-oz can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsps grated orange rind
  • 2 medium tart apples, chopped
  • 2/3 cup chopped nuts (optional).

Topping:

DIRECTIONS

  1. Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water.
  2. Stir cranberry sauce, orange rind, apples and nuts with fork.
  3. Add to gelatin mixture.
  4. Chill until solid.
