Cinnamon Sour Cream Rolls

How to Make

INGREDIENTS

1 Tbsp. yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup smith's sour cream 
6 Tbsp. butter, melted 
2 eggs, beaten
2 3/4 cups flour
Cinnamon, to taste
Brown Sugar, to taste

Glaze:

1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 cup smith's sour cream
1/2 cup butter, melted 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Soften yeast in warm water.
  2. Stir in sugar, salt, Smith's sour cream, butter and eggs.
  3. Gradually add flour.
  4. Beat well.
  5. Cover and let rise for 2 hours.
  6. On a floured surface, roll out half of the dough to a 12 in. circle.
  7. Brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
  8. Cut into 12 pizza shaped wedges.
  9. Roll up, starting at the wide end.
  10. Put point side down in a greased 9x13 in. pan.
  11. Repeat with other half of dough.
  12. Let rise for about 45 minutes.
  13. Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  14. Heat glaze ingredients until dissolved.
  15. Do not boil.
  16. Pour glaze over warm rolls.
  17. Best when warm.
