1 CUP SMITH'S COTTAGE CHEESE, SMALL CURD — CREAMED
1 TSP VANILLA
1 EGG
¼ CUP SUGAR
2 TBSP BUTTER
1 TBSP LEMON OR ORANGE ZEST
