An ice cream sundae is the perfect way to satisfy your own personal sweet tooth when you need to do a little stress eating. You can make it with whatever toppings you want and you don't have to share it with anyone ... unless you want to, that is! Our Black Forest Sundae is sure to make your troubles melt away. Crush up a few Oreo cookies either in a food processor or in a plastic bag with a rolling pin (a few karate chops would also work if you need to release some stress). Drop some of the cookie crumbs in the bottom of a sundae glass or bowl. Scoop in some Smith's Cherry Vanilla Ice Cream, then layer on some more crumbs and a generous river of chocolate syrup. Finish off your Black Forest Sundae with another scoop of ice cream and an ample dollop or squirt of whipped cream. (Squeeze some directly into your mouth, if desired.) And it would not be complete without a cherry or two on top. Once you get to the bottom of your Black Forest Sundae, you'll feel like a new person!
