INGREDIENTS
1 lb beef chuck (or good stew meat)
2 cans mushrooms
1 onion
4 Tbsps flour
8 oz
Smith's
Old Fashioned Sour Cream
8-oz bag of noodles
DIRECTIONS
Brown beef and onions. Cook beef till tender, season the way you want. (Suggestions: garlic, salt, pepper)
Make a thick gravy out of beef broth.
Add meat and mushrooms to gravy.
