- Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
- Stir in the bag of frozen hash browns.
- Spread half of the hash brown mixture in the bottom of a greased 13” x 9” casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with half of the cheese. Add the remaining hash brown mixture; sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
- Bake at 350 F for 35 to 40 minutes, uncovered.
- Top with French-fried onion rings during last 10 minutes of baking.
