Sour Cream Sugar Cookies

Sour Cream Sugar Cookies were grandma's secret recipe. The sweets she made were not from a book or a card, but held close in her heart from generations before. Sometimes you can find a version of these in the grocery store's bakery section, but those always seem to be missing something. We're almost positive that what's absent from the store-bought cookies is grandma's love! But now you can recreate her magic with your own special touch in your own kitchen with our recipe for Sour Cream Sugar Cookies. Cream together the butter and sugar, then beat in the eggs, Smith's Sour Cream and vanilla. Combine all of the dry ingredients and mix in to the creamed mixture until a soft dough forms. Chill the dough, then drop by teaspoonful onto a cookie sheet and bake until set. These Sour Cream Sugar Cookies will help you start your own tradition of homestyle cookies from the heart.
